About Us

Clifton Homecare Ltd. is a family run, independent and award winning business, founded by Caroline Brady (Managing Director) and Margaret Brady (Registered Manager), who together have over sixty years of experience in the Social Care Sector.

Caroline is an experienced Health Professions Council (HCPC) registered Paramedic with over twenty-five years of experience working within the care industry. Caroline has completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care qualification and various training qualifications.

Margaret has an abundance of experience of social care; prior to setting up Clifton Homecare she owned a residential home in St Annes for 24 years. Margaret has completed her Registered Managers Award and keeps her knowledge up to date with Continuous Professional Development.

Clifton Homecare’s aim is to use the extensive experience gained over the years to provide outstanding flexible care to clients in their own homes to enable them to safely remain living at home for as long as possible.

Both Margaret and Caroline have seen the introduction and growth of Domiciliary based care, and knew there were improvements to be made and gaps to be filled. This is the main reason why Clifton Homecare was founded. Our mission is to fill these gaps and provide a level of care that we would expect for our family or ourselves.

At the first Inspection in December 2016 by the regulatory body the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a rating of “Outstanding” was awarded. This was maintained at the next inspection in 2018. Margaret, Caroline and all the team at Clifton Homecare are extremely proud of their achievements made to date.
