Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant 

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the knowledge, experience, commitment and passion to deliver Clifton Homecare’s high standards of care and will be a role model and support for other Care Assistants. You will supervise care provision and coach new employees to ensure they work to company standards and operate safely within our guidelines. You will also provide an out of hours (evenings, night-time and weekends) on-call support service on a rota basis to our Care Assistants and clients. We provide continued support and training, together with the supervision and help you need to do your job well.  We also offer a career pathway that can be personalised to your individual aspirations and goals.

Domiciliary Care Assistant Mentor 

The mentorship role within the care team at Clifton Homecare offers an opportunity to progress your career as a Care Assistant. Using your care experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and coaching skills, you will mentor and coach junior, inexperienced and new members of the team to provide care and support in line with the latest legislation and regulatory requirements.  We provide continued support and training, together with the supervision and help you need to do your job well.  We also offer a career pathway that can be personalised to your individual aspirations and goals.

Assistant Manager 

The role of Assistant Manager is to support the Registered Manager and Managing Director to monitor quality assurance and ensure the continuity of care to all our clients. Your knowledge of what our clients require, and of best practice in social care, means that you will oversee the Senior Care Team and work in partnership with the Office Administration team to ensure that our client’s needs are met. You will be well versed and work within our company policies and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Registered Manager and within the business financial plans.

We will support you with regular training to maintain your continued professional development and update your knowledge and best practice in social care. You will also provide an out of hours (evenings, night- time and weekends) on-call support service on a rota basis to our Care Team and clients.

Office Administration Assistant

As an Office Administration Assistant, you will use your strong communication and organisational skills to keep our small but busy office running smoothly. You will ensure that our high standards of homecare are provided to our clients by supporting the Managing Director, Registered Manager, Office Manager, Senior Care Team and our clients, their families and also Healthcare professionals. HANNAH – DOMICILIARY CARE ASSISTANT MENTOR

Hannah is a Domiciliary Care Assistant Mentor who chooses to work night shifts across the week for Clifton Homecare, so she can fit work around her family life. She loves the flexibility and convenience that working in Social Care brings.

ELLA – DOMICILIARY CARE ASSISTANT

Ella joined Clifton Homecare after leaving High School at 16 years old and is already 8 months into her Health and Social Care Apprenticeship. After caring for her Dad whilst growing up she decided she wanted a career in Social Care.

CHRIS – DOMICILIARY CARE ASSISTANT

Christine is a Domiciliary Care Assistant for Clifton Homecare and she regularly tells people she absolutely loves her job. She joined us at the age of 70, having returned from living in Spain and comes to work each day looking forward to the day ahead.

MARIA – DOMICILIARY CARE ASSISTANT

Maria joined us having had no prior experience in social care before. She had worked as a hairdresser since the age of 15. She knew that she loved to care for others and it was this passion that led her to care work.
